Tudor 75190 - non-rotating bezel?
New to the forum!
Just picked up a Tudor 75190 via seller on Chrono24 - am in right in thinking that the bezel doesn't rotate? I assumed it would and if it should then this one is stuck tight

Any insight appreciated
