Pam 01438 vs 438 (Tuttonero)

Can anyone explain the exact difference between the 01438 and 438? From what I can tell:

Each is identical on the front excluding variations of lettering. The 01438 has a solid case back and the 0438 is transparent. I know the 438 is ceramic coated but not sure if the 01438 is solid ceramic or just ceramic coated.

Thanks
