Lightly worn Seiko Samurai Save The Ocean Special Edition SRPD09.
I did not look at it with the loupe, but it looks clean to the naked eye, or at least my eyes. If you want new, buy new. This is in very good to excellent condition - no dents or dings, but may have fine swirls or hairline scratches. Comes with everything shown. $350 Zelle or PP FF shipped in the US. NO TRADES. I will be traveling from July 4-12 and slower to respond to PMs during that time. Can ship Sunday the 7th between trips if needed.
