Huge gouge in new Rolex, what should I do?

Skipping the back story, I got a new Rolex Milgauss and after just 2 weeks of being careful with it and no fault of my own, there is now a gouge in the top left side of the case where it is very noticeable and annoying. It seems everyone is against polishing and I don’t know how deep the polish would have to go to fix this. What is the best course of action? Case replacement? Polish? Just living with it? How much do you think this takes off of the value of the watch? I wanted to post a link to the photo but am unable to because I haven’t made 10 posts.
