Go try on some PM pieces// Incoming
I'm 6'-5" and I've tried on many 40mm watches.
They have always seemed too small, unfortunately. I try to like them, but they've always looked better in the pictures than on my wrist. I have always considered rose gold to be a precious metal for women. I can't explain why, but I recently tried on the RG Rootbeer 126715CHNR. It blew me away. If you have only seen a photograph of this watch, then you don't know what it looks like. I'm not quite in a position to drop $40k on a watch, so I didn't buy the 126715CHNR. I recently got the opportunity to pick up the 126711CHNR from my AD, and I dropped what I was doing to go buy it. It's an amazing piece. Visually it is as striking as the full RG, but I think it's more versatile, actually. I'm pretty sure this is the only two tone Rolex trading significantly over MSRP on the grey market and there is a reason. Gorgeous. Totally different in sunlight. Rose gold can be for men too! |
