Trade 116508 for 116718LN GMT Green Dial??

Input needed, recently picked up the 116508 Daytona Newman - black dial / golden subdials, however, just came across opportunity for the discontinued 116718LN GMT Master II w/ green dial.

Both are effectively brand new, trade may require me to kick in $1.5k.

I知 a big Daytona fan, but don稚 currently have a GMT and am really digging this piece - have looked at the WG GMT several times over the years, but may like this even more (particular with the steel BLRO option now available). Exception being the meteorite dial GMT, which at the moment is like a ghost.

This Daytona dial has been around a while, and assume that will be the case for several more years.

The GMT on the other hand will presumably become more difficult to obtain as years pass - particular one that is NIB.

Also, I知 on a list for the Green dial Daytona (albeit many months out) which would put the current further back in the rotation.

Does this trade make sense?
Which has better value going forward?
Anyone with the GMT that has input on it - either good or bad?
Anything else I知 missing?

Appreciate your input as always.

Have a great night, and Go Pack Go
