Refinishing by RSC?

So I dropped off my 16570 Explorer II I bought pre-owned at the Rolex service center in NYC, and received a service estimate from them. In it, they're saying that the watch has no service history with RSC, and the the finishing on the watch is "non-Rolex". Now, when I dropped off my watch I did say no refinishing but since the finish on the watch is non-Rolex, they're asking if I want to get it refinished.

The watch does have some scratches, but nothing major. Do you think it's a good idea to get RSC to refinish it? I know about refinishing an original finish takes away value but since the watch already had been polished once by a non-Rolex watchmaker, I'm wondering if it would be better to get it refinished by RSC.
