Adjust time after shower(without wearing the watch)?

Hello Gents,

Newbie here. I have a habit of rotating to a new watch from matchbox after a shower in the morning. I noticed the other day, after shower, while I was trying to set the time, my body temperature, particularly my fingers, were causing a thin layer of condensation around the watch, I wonder would this damage the watch movement by any chance, maybe it is dangerous considering the crown is pulled out all the way?

I did not wear the watch in the shower, maybe it is a silly question.

Cheers
