My BLNR broke!

I’ve owned my Batman for a little over two years now and have loved every minute with it. Unfortunately, while I was winding the crown to get the watch ticking after it sat for a few days, I noticed midway through that the crown resistance disappeared completely. I couldn’t detect any gears moving as I wound the crown clockwise (the way I’ve always wound it), but did notice some resistance and gear movement when I wound it counter clockwise.

I’ve never had an issue with the watch, and it’s most definitely still within the five year warranty, so I took it to my AD and they sent it in to the Rolex service center. They told me it would be about four weeks until I get it back

Anyone had a similar issue?
