ebay shenanigans

Ebay is certainly the wild west of trading, especially it appears when Rolex/Tudor watches are involved. I contacted this seller a couple of weeks ago regarding this item and, at that time, they had it listed under the username 'fec..." and the items was in Hong Kong. They now have the item relisted with a different user name and suddenly the item is in Essex UK. Is this common practice for these sellers to use multiple usernames and locations? Does this item appear genuine? Thank you o' learned ones!

Absolutely, this is the place. Also, a lot of times, scammers use pictures from other listings. Do you still have the other listing address to refer to it?

...genuine Tudor...

...first, "fec" is a very reputable seller.

...second, the watch IS genuine.

...third, eBay account holders are allowed to have TWO accounts.

...fourth, sellers, sometimes list on other eBay sites.

Hope this helps.

Stan.

Stan,

Thank you for that information.
Ebay is a minefield; you have clairified things for me somewhat.

When I check on Ebay thru the link provided by krcrowe. The seller came up as "pingon723" with just 16 positives.

Personally, I would not deal with anyone for such and expensive item if they had such a few sales on Ebay.

Cheers
