Thoughts on Tudor Glamour Day Date 39mm?

Considering purchasing a Tudor. Either a Black Bay Blue, or a stainless 39mm Glamour Day Date, reference 56000. In this post I would like to focus on feedback from those of you who own or have owned a Glamour Day Date 39mm.

1. How do you like the watch and why?

2. Tell me about the metal band. Do you like it? Does it hold up?

3. And what type of accuracy are you getting from the ETA Cal. 2834 movement.

Tried on one the other day. Like it. About the only things I do not like are: (1) lack of an in house movement; (2) no cyclops on the date; and is the name of this model, “Glamour.” Other than that, I liked it.

This is a great forum. And a wealth of information.

Appreciate any insights on this model.

I much prefer the Tudor Prince date + day but availability is unfortunately somewhat limited to Hong Kong as far as I can gather. Comes with a cyclops...

I do not particularly like the newer Tudor classic, glamour, Claire de rose, and style model lines.

I love the older prince date, and prince date + day

Thanks. Tried one on again and I am not enamoured with the Glamour.

I like the reference
. ETA regarding accuracy all has to do how good it regulated from the factory or by a good watch maker !

Why don’t you try the Tudor day-date 23010 41mm. Like mine.
