The angst only comes into it if there was a sentimental attachment to the watch - imagine if this was your dead fathers watch he had bequeathed you after you spent years admiring it. As mentioned, if sentimentality doesn’t apply then it’s not for consideration Overall I don’t think they’ve really lived up to a standard I would have expected and have not rectified the situation to what would be my satisfaction. Again, just my opinion
