With what you are keeping, I would keep the Pepsi GMT, instead of the Tudor. Everything else, I would offload.

I don't think you'll miss any of those. I'd go with a PM Daytona or a DD.

Great collection...I would sell all the Tudor & Omega’s, black gmt, SD43, Explorer 2 , 39 Explorer , Milgaus and maybe the 114060. Get an AP 15500 or white/black DaytonaC + 14060M.

This is the way I've recently started to think about the direction of my current collection and I think it's superb advice. Still, it doesn't account for sentimental value and resale value, which complicates things, and these are part of the reason I haven't sold anything for a while.

Collections are personal reflections of their owners and one man's trash is another man's treasure but I'll try to be objective and consider what you have written.

First, I would consider selling the 5-digit Pepsi, the BLNR, the black GMT, the Milgauss, the Tudor chronograph, and at least one of the Speedmasters as a start. I'd also try the Aquaterra on a tan leather strap to give your collection more variety, as it's actually a very nice watch and looks great that way. The Montblanc is special to you and you seem to really like the Tudor GMT, so keep them.

As for what to purchase, a white dial ceramic Daytona seems like a gaping hole in your Rolex-centric collection Also, you could always use a dress watch or two, maybe in rose gold for some color. I'd look at JLC, Lange, VC, Patek, and Journe.
