I had to make some bracelet adjustments (move the clasp closer to six side) on my 6.5" wrist to increase comfort. As far as thickness, it's been a non issue, and I smirk when ever someone mentions it thinking about what they are missing out on, which is a great watch. I really miss it when it is not on my wrist, which isn't often.
