I was actually enquiring about the sticker more than the authenticity of the watch as I have never seen one on any Rolex anywhere .

Rolex doesn’t use that sticker, never have and never will. That sticker is a “JF” it’s a cheap Chinese factory that produces fake watches. I had one come across the bench quite a while ago when the guy stated he bought it from a gentlemen’s that claimed it’s real. Google JF FACTORY and you will see more examples. Stay far far away.
