Please help identify - No numbers

I recently inherited this watch that has no identifying numbers whatsoever.

A well-known and trusted jeweler serviced it and promises it's genuine, but they are unsure of the year and model.

Apparently it is a man's or midsize watch, but I've decided to give it to my wife, as the face is very small by today's standards.

We'd like to switch out the acrylic with a diamond bezel and sapphire crystal to modernize it for her.

So the bezel size needed would also be appreciated - Thank you

That's because your pics are not good, nor have you provided any useful information. A quick look shows a likely 50's potential.

Watch is a small, 30mm odd ball with parquet finish. It is not generally wise to put on a sapphire crystal because the plexi and bezel seal the watch as a unit.

Numbers for this watch should be on the case sides, under the bracelet and inside the case back.

Thanks for the responses - I'll post some better pictures tonight.

The bracelet is really unique, not my personal choice and I'm sure quite offensive to many collectors, but it certainly has presence on my wife's wrist.

Interesting that the case lugs have the same pattern as that bracelet. If you can get the bracelet off safely, it should have a serial number between one pair of lugs and a reference (model) number between the other pair.

I owned a 6651 a while ago. Yours looks all correct except for the hands, which look like replacements. Mine was a smooth case with fluted bezel and gold-plated rivet bracelet USA-made if memory serves. Bought at an NAWCC Regional show.

I haven't ever seen a bracelet finish like that before the two you have posted. Interesting look.

Nice little watches, of course a little small by today's standards. Great gift, IMHO.

Very little chance anyone makes a sapphire and diamond crystal/bezel set for that watch.

Honestly though, it looks great as-is if used as a ladies watch. Why change anything?
