When I saw that watch, my first thought was "Wow, is that really Panerai finishing"... I didn't feel confident enough to claim it was fake, but as someone who's owned plenty of different watches, I did think that it was a poorly finished piece. Even Rolex makes mistakes, but for that watch it was across the board...

With that said, I am sad to see nick depart the forum, and I enjoyed his contributions. If this was in fact a misunderstanding then I hope he returns

These baseball glove straps are so sick, the tan one in particular. The there's that watch, beautiful. Is this still in production, I assume not.

673 is a one time production of 1000 pieces “S” series. Circa 2016 Special Edition. I am sure you will be able to find them. Nowadays, Panerai is not like it’s cousin.

These 2 straps were purchased from a Malaysian maker Lim Kok Peng. You can find him on IG and FB. By the way, he is a fellow risti.

Besides him, you can try

http://www.stoneestraps.com/catalog/c39_p1.html

I have ordered from Stonee too but in 24/24 MM for my 44 MM Panerai.

Oh! Browsing through my photos, I found this photo which was taken when I met Kok Peng Lim when I was in KL last November. These are some of his creations. FYI only.

Yes, 47mm. Its a limited edition of the 372, basically a 372 with an MM dial.

Thanks, Nicholas! The 233 is fantastic. My first pam was a 422, which I still think is beautiful, but the size wasn't practical for me and I ended up not wearing it much.

The 233, like you said, ticks all the boxes with a 44mm case, super domed crystal, 1950's case, sandwich dial, manual wind in house caliber... the GMT and PR complications are bonuses. I highly recommend it, my friend.

Great! I had a 372 and like the 422, was a little on the big side, even though I could pull it off, it was not practical. Thanks my friend.
