6542 gen or fake? Like it or don't?

Tried to post this in Vintage section, but not getting too much traction. Hope you don't mind asking here also about this watch (if I'm correct it shouldn't be against rules). I would guess some members are here who can help, but can't visit vintage section.

So, wanted to grab a vintage Rolex. One 6542 came my way. The price is not too good to be true, but I would say on the better side.

What is your opinion, genuine or fake? As it has no papers, boxes etc. But then again we are talking about a 6542 Rolex. I also understand it's impossible to tell without seening movement and case engraving, but hope on the other hand the photos are good enough to at least have a guess.

I'm new to vintage Rolexes, so appreciate your opinion. Seller told me bracelet was just added later on.

So if we are talking only about watch head, what do you think? Also would be interested knowing if you like it? For some reason I do despite it's far from pristine. Here we go:

It looks good to me the dial looks correct, the lume plots looks good. But again without opening it can’t be 100%

Looks ok but I’d like to see inside
