will the tt submariner 16613 become more desireable

hi there
will the outgoing tt sub 16613 become more desireable upon the launch of the new cerachrome version later this month.
will the cerachrome beat the great deep blue look of the current version.
your views greatly appeciated.

Not immediately! Until the honeymoon with the one is over.

Look at the experience with the GMT IIc!

I doubt the 16613 would be immediately more desirable since there are so many bluesy subs around. Maybe in the long run it will be more desirable but not for a long time

Even if the new Sub is released (i guess it will be released this year from what i heard and read), the outgoing model (16613) will be around for a while. The same has happened with the 16710 and the Sea-Dweller, so it will more likely happen with the 16613. Jmho.

It's a pity that Rolex didn't make the current blue Sub TT with a new style clasp.

The bracelet clasp is the only thing that lets this down a bit when compared to the Daytona, GV, GMT IIc etc.

However, I hate to think of the price.

I love the black as well. And there must be smaller numbers of them out there.
