Ive traded 3 Rolex in with 2 ADs and it was more than just fair for me on the differece price, thats when they were discounting more easily on the retail side up until 2019. However I've never seen them selling any used on there displays. When I inquired with my main AD for a 16710 he came up with one that was also a trade in that they originally sold new 15 yrs. ago. I've also seen my AD Mgr. appraise walk ins trying to sell their Rolex. I'd say yes, they take trades and make out right purchases, it's there business and that sounds like it would be a perk for them.
