If you eat BK in the middle of the night, your body will be very mad at you in the morning! Unless you're dissolving few hours of drinking, that is....

One night, when I couldn't sleep, I remember getting on the in-line skates in Philadelphia. I did the 8 mile Art Museum Loop, three times, in about an hour and twenty minutes. The third time around, a couple making out even stopped to stare.

If I tried that today, I'd drop on the ground after three miles.

Lately, if I can't sleep, it's couch time. No more midnight wanderings through the Big City. Warden's orders. However,
there is always paperwork to review, and possibly, act upon. No reason a man can't make money while the country sleeps.

Man, that sucks. When my wife has trouble sleeping I always get her a drink and tell her to just close her eyes and lay still until morning (that's the line Joe uses as foreplay).

You need d-r-u-g-s. Or better, some relaxation meditation to calm you rbody and mind. Think beach, soft waves. warm breeze, palm trees....

Once in awhile I'm up all nite and usually listen to jazz and read a book to pass the time. Of course now that I found this Forum, I have a new outlet to pass the time. Luckily this only happen 2 or 3 times a year!!!

Depends on my mood. Sometimes I like her to take a really cold shower first.
