Where to get the old insert for Tudor Sub 9401

Hey guys, here is my awesome 9401/0, 1980 Tudor. Really nice clean dial, original hands nice and thick lugs. One thing that really bothers me is a spotless and brand new looking service replacement insert. The pearl still glowing at night....

To make it bring some more Vintage awesomeness to it should I

1) remove the pearl?

2) remove the insert put it in bleach and make it ghost?

3) where can I source a reasonably noticed ghost insert?

4) any other ideas are greatly appreciated.

Thank you for reading!

Don’t touch a thing. It would be artificial and your Sub looks fantastic!

The only thing to do is to source a the proper MK3 Fat Font insert, with a pearl. Looking about 2-2.5k US to do it right. I have a MK3 fat font that I'd let go for 1k but it is not up to snuff for the rest of the watch ; )

I can sell this for 2k usd. It comes off a 1979 nodate snowflake.

Mounted with a pearl on a similar watch as yours.
