Why would they put T SWISS T on the dial, if there was no tritium? Are they referring to the hands?

In my very limited experience, it seems like those hands are replacement hands, a no lume dial should have no lume hands (I think).

Also I think it was common for all dials of that era to have t Swiss t on the dial whether there were lume plots or not. Maybe cost saving measures? I don't know.

I have read here that, when the dials were painted, they could not know whether it would ultimately have tritium hands installed or not (tritium hands were still useful without a lume dial). Even some no lume stone dials with no lume hands have the T Swiss T marking.
