I spoke with the Service Center on the phone on Wednesday. Had a long conversation about a service for my vintage reference. The agent took plenty of time to explain everything and shipped out the mailer via FedEx that same day. Without having actually seen the work yet, I will say that I am happy with the interactions thus far.
