I would go RG in a heartbeat. What's the point of gold if you can't admire it on your wrist?

Both are great looking watch but I would go with the blue Submariner. RG does not work for my skin tone.

I prefer the 116619LB WG Sub.

To me it is the watch for any occasion, whether it's going to the beach or donning a suit, the WG Sub fits all occasions. The Full Gold GMT just means it is a little less adaptable in my eyes, would get less wrist time, it depends on the size of your collection I suppose. Then again I do have a dog in this fight.

GMT rose gold is very eye catching.

I might get this one down the road pre-owned. I own batman gmt but having a rose gold piece might spice up my collection, as as weekend fun watch, while having batman as the everyday workhorse watch.

I think a tougher call is between GMT Rose gold vs Daytona PM. This one is a tough one. Both are incredibly beautiful

Anyone interested in RG GMT - are you guys willing to give it several years, and pick one up pre owned at a nice discount?

PM watches don't tend to keep their value well. If you want one, I think that's the way to go.

I had a chance to buy the RG Daytona. Passed.

I don’t like to buy pre-owned gold pieces. They have for sure been polished, and who knows how much.

hmm good point. could this be the reason why PM watches don't hold value well? (lack of interest from buyers)
