It’s not any higher than grey - it’s just less liked among the colors available

I think a lot of people will disagree with this. A flat dial would generally have better readability because of the contrast again the hour markers, but then again I don’t find the white dial flat at all.

On the contrary I find the grey dial to blend in too much with the case and bracelet, and thereby compromising the readability.

Here’s a picture of the grey dial 15450 next to my 15300 for reference.
