Chronext poor service
Has anyone ever sold a watch to chronext? I posted two watches to them after agreeing sales which they have now sat on for over two weeks!! Is this their normal way of doing business?
Communication is terrible. No one can give me a realistic timeline, of when they will "go through the service department", how long that will take and I am still obviously waiting on the cash!! After moving from the US back to the UK last year I am really missing dealing with the trusted sellers on here (DavidSW, OCwatchguy, nashville watches always inspected and paid out immediately). You guys in the US don't realise how good you have it! UK dealers are a joke... Sent from my VOG-L09 using Tapatalk

I’ve not used Chronext but having once been lowballed by them once to the point of it being an obvious tactic to dupe the unaware I’d never use them.
Get your watches back and use Subdial. I’ve just sold my collection to them. Best buy prices across a range of quotes I got from dealers and they were a pleasure to deal with. I must’ve exchanged about two dozen emails with them over the course of a week and they answered every one promptly. Their Trustpilot reviews are an accurate reflection of the service they provide.
