New SS Sub Valuation??

I never liked the thick lugs on the Maxi-Case, glad they made the change. And I'm definitely glad they didn't switch to jubilee!!

Doesn't matter though, it's not like I can go out an buy one at an AD, and I'm not going to pay the premium at a grey dealer.

Although, it will be interesting to see how the pricing will play out on the grey market. I remember the Ceramic SS Pepsi came out at $22K USD on DavidSW and then trickled down to around $17k-$19k. The markup on the last sub was only about $1k over retail. I'm guessing the new one will be about $11-12k for black and higher for the green bezel. If you start going higher than that, then you could get a 50th Anniversary Sea Dweller, unless those go up accordingly (which I doubt). I predict the green bezel will probably go for $13-$14k.

Time will tell.
