Damn, that looks more enticing than a steak! I too wouldn't mind a trip to Katz' Deli. Or Carnegie Deli. My wife had the best open face Reuben I've ever seen. It brought tears to my eyes that we couldn't take the 70% leftovers with us, as we were going to the theater. Ah......good times!

Live about 30 miles from Katz’s and wife and I drive in to the city a couple times a year to get our Katz fix. Didn’t go this summer due to covid and really missing it more now after reading this thread.
