Superocean 44 chronograph
About a year ago I picked up a superocean 44 mm chronograph fairly quickly I noticed that the 12 1 especially show signs of some type of water damage on the marker I also noticed that the lumens were somewhat future deteriorated.
I took the watch into a local dealer of Breitling and they told me that although it's pretty well within certified chronometer tolerances it didn't pass the waterproof test. I then took it into the used watch shop I bought it at he then retested it and said that the watch was in fact waterproof nonetheless I have occasionally submerged to watch in water and never had an issue. The issue with the markers and lumens was present when I bought the watch but really didn't notice it until a few months later. My question I guess is could this be an incident where someone left the crown unscrewed and somehow water got in there at that point I assumed the watch was serviced put back together and they left the dial as was without replacing it. What would be the cost of replacing a dial in one of these watches as well as doing a full service and if the watches with inspect should I bother servicing it or should I just get them to remove it from the case replace all the gaskets also replace the dial and lumens and then put it back as well what does that entail. Appreciate your help on this one many thanks

I don't see the issue in your photo, but I would think that the Breitling service dept would be able to install a new dial if that's what you want.
