"Craigslist" run run away quickly. Seems to me most cons always supply crap photographs with no details so they can hide the fact the watch is a $18.00 fake out of China.

The best line of the ad: "NO SCAMMERS THIS IS NOT A STUPID GUY I WORK FOR THE GOVERMENT" God bless him.

Without a doubt, that guy is missing a brain, but there actually are a heap of deals on craigslist.
If you find an ad on craigslist and send paypal funds through, paypal will only refund you in (should something be wrong i.e fake) if the seller still has the funds in their account. If you make the person start an ebay auction for you and then you pay with paypal through ebay, they will refund you the full amount then chase the loser on the other end for it. Minimal risk! I found all this out the hard way, wanted to mention is because everyone has the same view on craigslist/gumtree etc. But because of that there are more bargins. Hope that rambling rant makes some sense. |
