My first thought was “someone lost a ‘sub’...”

...or maybe they’re just on a ‘sub’ waitlist?

That’s a cool name for a place! Perhaps the developer is a WIS

Yep crummy day but rest of the weekend should be better.

We own a place off . I'm here probably half the year.

Enjoy the weekend

Nice! I’m on 33rd. Any recommendation for food (seafood)?

Oh sure, tons of good ones. I love Harrison's Harborwatch at the inlet. Good food, good prices, and an amazing view. If you want a more fun casual place, Fish Tales is a good one. Probably my favorite places are a little north of you. Macky's on 53rd has great food and you can eat right on the bay side beach (not sure if open or not right now). Ropewalk on 82nd is great, again great outdoor setup and fantastic sunsets. Fager's Island is another one with a great location on 60th bay side.

If weather turns out good I would do Ropewalk. If weather not good for outdoor dining Harrison's

I'm thinking they may be closed for the season unfortunately

Love everything they have and their prices are very reasonable

Happy to help. Feel free to PM me any other questions. I'm in OC all the time. Will probably retire here in a few years.
