Interesting, thanks for sharing, seems like he is saying all the right things but then I feel they need to rethink their approach here in the states.

He keeps saying relationship is key but not having enough boutiques (for instance in the Bay Area) and the way SAs push the Codes doesn't resonate with me and is in stark contrast to what he is preaching.
Also, he states that he doesn't think watches need to be sold in boutiques but it should be possible to buy them online or outside the boutique system. The fact that APs point of sales network is relatively small together with the fact that most boutiques want to meet you in person before selling you harder to get pieces is pretty much the opposite of what he is preaching.

He made some great things for AP, he is probably a great guy, but it is somehow embarrassing to watch how hard he wants to be a charismatic leader like JCB truly is. From non sense military team building camps prior 11:59 launch, last day of SIHH chanting and carrying on the shoulders, to catastrophic handling of watch media (not social media) during 11:59 launch...
