If I had seen on in person when they were launched I would no doubt have opted for one myself. It was only late last year that I saw one for the first time IRL and realised how nice it was.

That's why nowadays its a must to go and visit AP House after the new releases just to see them IRL.

The Summer Edition is still by far my favourite. As with my RG44, I've polished the centre platform of the buckle, which makes a nice 'upgrade' as the buckle now works a lot better with the brushed/polished watch case.

It gets worn but not often. I'm lucky to have a small number of watches to rotate so tend to keep the SE for special, both to keep it pristine and as a novelty to wear. Being practical it isn't really a daily wearer, although I could if I wanted, as I'm very careful with my watches.
