116500 Dial Variants

Aside from dial color, are there any dial variants (e.g. font, spacing, etc.) among the current generation 116500? Like those variants that exist among the Zenith Cosmographs.

I haven't seen any after doing a quick search, but figured I'd ask.

Curious was this confirmed by Hodinkee?

Or you are making statements based on screen grabs? Depending on image quality, angle, lighting, and contrast things can look different

With nearly all the small changes to any watch, you read about it on different forums etc. I’ve never heard that about the 116500. I would have thought if it were correct, I’d have stumbled upon it before now.

Seeing dials are made in 3 different factories now all owned by Rolex, there always has been, and expect always will be tiny variations to dials through any watch reference production years.Mainly noticed today by the WIS type and high magnification but the rest of the buying public would not notice, as they just buy the watch they want to own and wear irrespective dial font spacing colour etc. .

Not confirmed by Hodinkee, I just got the photos there. Regardless of image quality, angle, lighting, and contrast, it cannot be denied that the Daytona font is different. But I agree, it might just be due to differing factories producing the watch.
