Buying a watch without a warranty card

If you are buying the watch from a source that you trust (as in it is not a stolen watch), original warranty papers, while nice to have, are not important. Especially in this case, the watch seems to come with RSC service papers which is a reassurance that the parts in it are original. (assuming no alterations afterwards, again, reputable source if a business or a trust worthy seller if individual.)

Two of my purchases were without the original warranty card, both were from trust worthy sellers, and both are going to remain within family forever, so I don't care one way or another.

If you ever want to sell it, you will get less for it... but so what? you are paying less for it now, so evens out.
