FS: 1978 Rolex Submariner Date 1680 Ghost Insert

I’m selling a 1978 Rolex Submariner Date reference 1680, here are the details:

Dial: Excellent matte black with full tritium hour plots and hands. The hour plots are eggshell in color and the hands have aged to a creamy hue that is a couple shades darker than the hour plots. The seconds hand is lightly oxidized.

Case: Excellent condition 5.5 million serial stainless case that has well defined chamfers. The bezel insert has aged to a ghostly grey hue and the writing on it is light golden hue. The reference 93150 bracelet with an X date code from 1999 is in excellent condition showing light wear and stretch.

Movement: Rolex automatic calibre 1570 is in good operating condition, keeping good time. There is a watchmaker's mark on the inside of the case back dating to May of this year.
