Great pics Danny.....I got mine a few days before I had to come back to work......I'm away from home for 5 weeks and due to go home 29th of this month.....so I haven't had a chance to take any good pics of it yet, when I see stuff like you just posted I realise that it is a really photogenic piece....trying to think of some unique settings for "my set"......watch this space

The use of professional tools is required

Toothpick to hold up the watch and the taped together zip tie to keep the bracelet elliptical.

A bed of 3/8”-5/8” colored polished stones on a black table or cloth would be cool.

Or bury it in a bowl of jelly beans

I like your shot in post #6.

Very nice.

These photos show off the GMT IIc at its best.

I'd like one, please.

It is one fantastic watch and has withstood a lot of abuse in a short period of time.

I am very sick in the head. I have taken well over 1000 photos of this watch in just over 2 months. I am actually debating on getting out the emergency glow sticks and trying some cool stuff with some brown glass but I think I will try tomorrow a little earlier.

Enjoy

Bill, you are right. I feel like I'm fighting a losing battle. It all started with a harmless browsing session at my local AD. Now I can't sleep at night!

Yes that will do it. I was up more than a few nights thinking of the day that i would buy this watch. I literally stared at a picture of the 16710 pasted on top (lug to lug) of the 116710 for weeks. In the long run I thought that the IIc would suit me very well and I was right. I think with what I have put this watch through already I would have had a scratch on the old style bezel the first week I had the watch.

It is a big purchase but I say go for it! Keep in mind if you are like me this will be the last watch you will wear. Plus I plan on giving this one to my son when my time comes up. He will of course already be sporting (by the time he gets it) a 56 year old 1675GMT MASTER so he may not want this one. He is a huge Pepsi fan.

Andrew, Danny is right. I feel the same way as he does about the GMT IIc. If you get it, it "will be the last watch you will ever wear."

Thanks, I have been a little busy and have not been able to shoot as many as I would like. I am going to try some new stuff tonight and see what I can come up with. Red light, black light, brown glass, glow sticks and of course the GMT so we will see what happens

Wish me luck.

Danny
