Thoughts oan a 6084

Hi!
I have my eyes on this 6084, apparently from 53 (no serial and movement pics yet)
Is the dial original? The hands seem to fit pretty well with it (really like the « blue » one).
I’m not familiar with bubbleback cases, how does the polishing look on this one? (At least from those pics...)
Thanks and happy new year!!

The dial looks original to me. It is radium dial so can check the UV shot and it should glow immediately under UV and fade away quickly after that.

Love the champagne colored patina on the dial too. Nice one!

It isnt often that you find a nice dial like this. They are usually repainted and this one looks original to me. Hands look ok and it has its original Brevet crown too which is a plus. The case has been polished but I have seen much worse. What are they asking OP?

The bracelet is a much later add on. Most likely the watch originally came on a leather strap. The price is very fair IMO for a really nice piece. I would grab it if it is keeping time. Has the seller put the watch on a scope, have they said anything about how its running?

Serial is 87xxxx (any idea what was the last serials produced before the « reset » by the way?)
Serviced in 2018, runs at +/-12s/day
I’m going to go check this one in person!

Thoughts oan a 6084

Hi!
Saw this watch today, here are some pictures

The lume plots react like radium should with IV light and a loup (charges gradually but stops glowing very fast after exposure). The hands don’t seem to glow although the material looks quite old with a loupe (I’ll try taking some macros). Does it mean it’s been relumed?
Case could be sharper when looking closely but not too bad IMO

Still looking good? By the way, the bracelet is in very nice co diction but too short for me...Luckily, it comes with 2 extra links!

Very nice one! Look even better in your new photos. The aging of hand set is quite consistent with dial. Perhaps you can check it with the UV light in dark room? It may be original one and will glow....

Thanks! And some quick macros!
The hands don’t light up under uv light, even in the dark...
