Since you don't have a chronograph, I'd suggest one of the Everose Daytona models on the Oysterflex bracelet, or branch out into an AP Royal Oak chrono. A Cellini Moonphase would be a cool addition to what you have now and keeping within the Rolex family theme you have. You could go a little cheaper and acquire a few of the Tudors that mirror your Rolex counterparts but far more tool watches. A Speedmaster Professional is a must-have in any collection too, and the newest version is a monumental step in that watch's evolution.
