Another A+ transaction with Thanh. Purchased a new to me piece from him. Thanh is communicative, prompt, and delivered exactly what was described.

What stood out for me was he asked me to follow up with him post delivery to make sure everything was A-OK. Post sales support is somewhat of a lost art and just that comment alone made me realize why his reputation is so stellar.
