Unusual dial configuration, has this been refinished?

Hi All,

I've got a few Rolex (Sub 2 liner, GMT Master II, Cellini) but always thought there was something magnetic about gents who wear a jangly air king on their wrists. I've become enamored with salmon dials over the last few years and so I found what I think may be a pleasant combination of the two...

However, I cannot seem to find this same dial reproduced exactly anywhere else and I wonder whether it may be a redial? It seems to be missing the 1/2 second hash marks that many stick dial AKs seem to have...

Thoughts?
