Trade a 116688 Yacht Master 2 for a 326938 Sky dweller?

I’ve got the itch to get something new. Just curious if you fine gents would trade a gold yacht master 2 for a gold sky dweller. Thanks in advance for the input.

I wouldn't. The sky dweller is beautiful but I still love the YM. I can't part with mine. It comes down to which watch calls to you more.

Not a Sky Dweller or a Daytona.

If its a straight trade I would do that 100%.

YMII does zero for me. The SkyD however is a beautiful reference with some great complications.

Without a question it makes sense although at MSRP the YMII costs more. The SkyD is a much more practical watch imho!!! Pricing is a matter of negotiation!!!

I'm sorry for sounding like a dummy here, but........which one do you have and which one do you want? I'm not sure I can tell by the way the question is posed.

He wants to trade A for B - he'd better have A then, don't you think?

Cheers

In theory I would. But the reality is that if I could justify that level of spend on a watch I would have bought the Sky Dweller in the first place. It's such a clever watch, yet so simple, elegant and timelessly styled.

Yes well, let me refresh your memory on how the question was posed:
"Just curious if you fine gents would trade a gold yacht master 2 for a gold sky dweller."
If HE wanted to trade A for B I suppose you'd be right, but the question was whether "....you fine gents" would trade A for B. The question could easily be interpreted either way.

It all depends on the look you're after. Both watches are very distinct in their own way...so are you more of a fluted bezel guy or ceramic bezel? There's no wrong answer.
