Love that 214270 ...

Just picked up a LNIB Explorer I from OC Watch Guy and it is great! For me, the 39mm size is perfect and the lume is excellent. I know that 36mm is the "classic" design but I much prefer the 39mm version.

Cheers,

Jonathan

Love my 214270. Even as prices are climbing I have no plans of getting rid of it. It is for me the perfect watch.

The most perfect Explorer ever created for sure. One of my favorite watches in my collection!

39mm is definitely the Explorer to have.

Great watch, my Mk1 is the ugly duckling of the modern Explorers, short hands and white gold numerals - discreet, reliable and durable. It is one watch I know I won't ever part with.
Hope you enjoy yours.

Congrats. I’ve only had mine for 4 months and still very deep in the honeymoon phase. Enjoy the hell out of it. Do as they say and “go anywhere, do anything” with it.

There are no ugly Explorers! While I slightly prefer the Mk2, but the Mk1 is damn cool in its own right.

Congrats! The 39mm is perfect proportions without crowding the screen IMHO
