So... After golf one of the guys says, "We All Ned A Negroni" and we ordered them. My first Negroni and likely the last. The after taste on the pallet was bitter and not pleasant. Apparently they are an "acquired taste" and by the 3rd one you are liking it. I barley choked down one!

I only just got these within the last 2 months Today I chose the Red Breast 21 and the 16yr old Lagavulin.

Plus, I can only drink from the middle shelf since I don't want to open all of them at once.

Am I missing something that might work in my collection?

I am a long time scotch drinker and let me tell you AMAZING collection! Scotch is very diverse and I love the flavors from each region. That being said I love the deep peat (smoke) flavors of Islay scotches. Laphroiag 10 is my daily driver! I was going to suggest the Lagvulin Nic Offerman edition but I think I saw one on the 3rd shelf, it is a great pour. I would suggest Laphroaig LORE, and Cairdeas for some variation and of course the always classic Macallen 18 year if you hadn’t had that yet! Cheers!
