I prefer watching it to Formula 1 because you see the pilot manhandling the bike around the course versus just a head popping out of an enclosed car.

The USGP is typically held each year in April at COTA (Circuit of the Americas) in Austin, but sadly cancelled last year and “postponed” so far this year.
Great info, thanks. I love all sorts of racing. Will check this out for sure. I'm not much of an F1 fan because it seems like the same teams win every time and whoever starts on the pole usually wins. Doesn't seem very competitive to me. But that's for another thread I suppose.

Here's an official pic of Yamaha factory rider Fabio Quartararo during testing last week. The season opener is this weekend at Quatar where the race is held under lights at night!
Honda's Marc Marquez has been dominant for the last 7 years or so but missed all of last season with a badly broken arm. That opened up a spectacular season with multiple winners and surprises.
I'm not sure who's carrying it in the US this year, maybe one of the NBC Sports networks. I have their direct streaming service and will be watching all the practices, qualifying, and races.

If you like flat track, you'll like watching these guys, they often corner with the rear wheel and throttle, except they're sometimes going almost 200mph.

I can't wait to watch El Diablo. I think we're going to see a good show from Jack Miller on that Ducati at Quatar though.

Reviving an old MotoGP watch spotting thread.

Race day in the USA, Austin Texas!

Rossi sporting a Daytona, Kevin Schwantz an IWC. Celeb Orlando Bloom sporting an older Rolex GMT.
