Rolex Bellagio Hotel Las Vegas

Stopped by this boutique and the associate was very helpful. Let me try on all the models I wanted to see. They took my information down and hopefully get a call to return back. Excellent customer service for a store that had no inventory. very welcoming and would suggest stopping in when you go to Las Vegas.

As they cannot sell to the majority of visitors, their job has morphed into managing expectations and trying to make the visit at least somewhat pleasant. I wouldn’t sit by the phone.

The exhibition models would make more sense to me if boutiques were owned by Rolex, since Rolex would at least be able to use the models to maintain interest in their catalogue.

I feel like there’s very little in it for the ADs themselves though, since they can already sell all the watches on display with minimal effort and end up showing models to people who will in most cases never purchase a watch from their store (if for no other reason because they won’t have the chance).

Bought a bluesy from there 2 years ago. Just walked in and saw it in the case. Great people there.

2 years ago is a lifetime ago

They don't have control, besides their previous customers, the Casino makes them sell to the customers that lose or spend a lot at the Casino and want a watch

Which watch did you sign up for?

I also stopped by with my family last weekend and one of the SA was very nice. We exchanged numbers and have stayed in touch.

They had display only models but it was nice to wear them for size. For example, they had a green OP41 that I wouldn't have considered in the past but looked really nice.
