I think more pictures are needed of the watch before I can say one way or another that this one is okay or not.
To answer the question about 5513, I don't think everyone knows that. Some would simply know it as a Submariner. For example, the latest Porsche 911 is not actually a 911. It's a 997. At any rate, I can't call this bogus without further evidence.
