Incoming independent
Finally made the jump into the independents after falling in love with the A Lange quality. Couldn’t be happier for the new piece

Thank you all for the kind words. It’s crazy what’s out there around grey market Pepsi and cermit prices. Can’t wait to see the new pieces coming out with Kari taking over.

I was just about to go for a UJ as well but wanted to see what Kari's involvement will bring. Looks fantastic.!

Wow, such a beauty. I love Urban Jurgensen, traditional craft + unique but classic design, not to mention an interesting and impactful history. Looks great on your wrist too. Feel free to share more thoughts / photos. I totally agree re market equivalent pricing and what you can get for around the same money as SS rollies (which are great in a different way).

I know people were getting these at a at a large discount when there was future uncertainty and then rebounded overnight. Everything I’ve heard is to expect similar designs and better movements for the future. Kari was already doing dials for them prior and he spent a lot of time working there before the prior owners passed away. I’m excited and want the chance to own an Alfred in steel.
The lugs remind me very much of the VC historique line and ride the wrist beautifully. It’s half as think as the other two watches. It feels and looks from a case perspective like an FPJ. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
