Japanese Sticker - Daytona

Please see attached photo. This sticker is on the back of SS Daytona.
Anyone seen this on another model?

Not certain. Bought pre-owned and without box/papers.

Can you read Japanese? :)

Thank you for the translation. I am not sure if it would be considered more valuable in the US because of its lineage - I am going to wear it!

I’m not sure when they stopped that, early 2000s I’d say, after that it was the standard green label. Seen them on loads of Rolex here. Like all stickers, if not an investment piece, rip them off!

Japanese collectors will often put another clear sticker on top of the original sticker to protect them when wearing the watch.

I am based in Japan. That’s the old sticker, i think 2001 was the last time it was on the pieces. One of my father in law’s sub still had it, kind a weird thing to keep it on (he was wearing it from time to time)

I've noticed Japanese collectors will keep every single item that originally came with something valuable including the shopping bags.

There's a few dealers in Japan who specialize in selling just accessories like empty boxes, booklets, manuals and those plastic wax seal tags.

I've still got the cereal box (Weetabix), milk bottle top and the bus ticket, from the day I bought my first Rolex, in 1974.

How old were you, 12? I get it though, I always used to keep receipts for albums and stick them in the liner notes. It was important to me to purchase the album on day of release.
